How to clean paint stains from carpet

Mix a bowl of warm water and dish soap detergent and soak a clean cloth in it.

Scrub the stain and then rinse the area. Repeat as many times as necessary. Once the area is dry, vacuum  any residual paint.

Then mix a gallon of warm water and 4 tbsp. of Oxy Clean. Soak a cloth in the solution and apply it to the stain. Blot with paper towels until the stain is gone. After apply rubbing alcohol to a sponge and scrub the stain, add more rubbing alcohol as needed.
